Terms of Use

Kazhida is an online wedding planner and wedding-vendor directory for North Macedonia, run by MAE-codes (maecodes.com). Couples use it to plan their wedding, and vendors to offer wedding services. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean MAE-codes.

These terms apply to the whole website and app: the free and paid plans, wedding websites and vendor profiles. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

You need an account to use parts of the service.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person or business.
• There are couple accounts and vendor accounts, with different features.

All prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD).

For couples

• Basic: free.
• Pro: 399 MKD a month (subscription) or 3,999 MKD a year (a one-time payment for 12 months).
• Wedding Package: 2,499 MKD once, valid for 12 months, does not renew.

For vendors

• A free profile.
• Premium: 499 MKD a month or 4,449 MKD a year (subscriptions).

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh). Polar acts as our authorized reseller: it handles VAT and appears on your receipts and card statement.

Couples get 14 days of Pro. The period starts the first time you open the dashboard. You do not need a payment card and nothing is charged automatically.

Vendors get the first month of Premium free, 30 days from sign-up.

When a trial ends, paid features lock. Nothing is deleted.

• You can cancel subscriptions at any time in the payment portal, which you reach from your account settings. They stay active until the end of the paid period.
• One-time 12-month purchases (Pro yearly and the Wedding Package) do not renew and end after 12 months.
• If you buy the Wedding Package while on monthly Pro, Pro stops renewing.
• If you buy Pro while on the Wedding Package, the package ends and the remaining months are not refunded.

To ask for a refund, write to support@kazhida.com. We decide each request case by case. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

• You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload.
• You allow Kazhida to store and show them only to run the service, for example on your website or your profile.
• You must have the right to upload what you upload.
• We may ask whether we can show your wedding website or vendor profile as an example on Kazhida or in our marketing. We show it only if you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.

You may add guest details (names, contacts) only if you have the right to do so. See the privacy policy for more.

The Kazhida name and logo, the website designs, templates, illustrations, animations, texts and software belong to MAE-codes or to those who license them to us.

While you use Kazhida, you may use the designs and features of your plan for your own wedding website or vendor profile. You may not copy, resell or reuse them outside Kazhida, or try to extract them from the site.

• Your website is public at kazhida.com/your-names unless you protect it with a password (Pro).
• The free plan shows a “Made with Kazhida” badge.
• Premium designs need Pro or the Wedding Package.

• Kazhida is not a party to agreements between couples and vendors, takes no commission and does not guarantee a vendor's quality, prices or availability.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their profiles, prices, packages and dates accurate.
• Couples and vendors agree and pay each other directly.

You may not use the service for:

• illegal or offensive content
• spam
• scraping
• impersonating a person or business
• harassing messages
• attempts to break security or limits

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If you believe something on Kazhida infringes your copyright or other rights, or breaks the law or these terms, write to support@kazhida.com. Please include:

• a link to the content
• which right or rule it breaks, and why
• your name and contact details
• for copyright, a statement that you own the work or may act for the owner

We review every report. We may remove the content or suspend the account, and we tell the person who posted it so they can respond.

We provide the service “as is”, without promises about uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove features. We try to keep Kazhida available, but we cannot promise it will never go down.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for agreements between couples and vendors.

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

If you use Kazhida as a business, for example as a vendor, you cover our reasonable costs, including legal costs, if someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your offers or your dealings with couples. This does not apply to couples using Kazhida for their own wedding.

• You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at support@kazhida.com.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. For serious breaches we may do so without notice; otherwise we tell you first.

• Account emails (for example trial reminders) are about your account.
• Offers and the newsletter are optional, need your separate consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy for more.

If you have a complaint, write to us first at support@kazhida.com and we will try to solve it within 30 days. The laws of the Republic of North Macedonia apply. Disputes go to the competent courts in Skopje, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.

We publish the new version on this page with its date. We announce important changes in the app or by email.
